Your using multiple case workers made this experience very hard, tiresome and frustrating. However, Phoemela Udal made this experience much much better. I wish she were able to handle my entire case because she was very responsive to all my questions and she was very prompt and clear. If it were not for her, I would have for sure demanded a refund because the sporadic communication with the many case agents seemed no one was communicating my questions or frustrations.
