It was smooth process. Easy to understand. Good rate for my auto loan needs. The agent Joseph Hernandez was extremely professional and patient in explaining details and every step. One thing that I did not like so much that they only provided me offer from one single lender and there were no options to choose from. But I am fully satisfied with what service I got from rate genius.
