Multiple issues with this company. I would be very careful with booking for them.
They completely ruined a client's honeymoon. Booked a seavilla suite at azulik at tulum. When the clients arrived all ratehawk paid for was a basic suite with no pool. When we contacted them they took 8 hours ro rectify the problem and the guests missed their entire 1st night in the suite they paid for. They also up to this day 6 months later provided no compensation for them.
Another set of clients turned up for check in at the mangrove corendon in curacao and on arrival no payment was made due invalid vcc. This makes us look like we did not pay the in the eyes of the client.
They need to fix their issues quickly. And customer service takes to long to fix issues. Travelers want their issues dealt with immediately not wait 8 hrs.

We've been working with RateHawk for a while. The system is stable, search filters work well, and we rarely see any technical glitches during payment. What I like most is that the vouchers are issued instantly and the net rates are often the best on the market.
Haven't had any major issues with bookings so far. It’s a convenient tool for an agency that needs quick results and clear invoices.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the response time from the support team during high-season weekends. While they always resolve the issues eventually, the wait on the line can be a bit long when you have a client standing at a check-in desk. Overall, a reliable partner for professional use.
I made a reservation and the hotel said it was cancel due to the time it was made, I was there for 2 hours and no solutions, I have got my money back or a new hotel, they don’t answer calls or messages, terrible service it’s not the first time.
We booked a transfer from Osaka, Tokyo to the Hilton Osaka. Our flight was from Los Angeles. We texted the driver once we landed and not quite at the gate saying we have arrived. The driver advised he was waiting. We texted once we were off the plane and going to immigration. We told the driver there was a very long line in immigration, kept them updated as we moved through, but ultimately it took 70 minutes to finish. Told the driver we had our luggage as they were waiting for us. We had the luggage in hand and the driver said they could not wait any longer. The fine print in this purchase says they will wait 90 minutes. It was now 93 minutes and they wouldn’t wait any longer. This company left us high and dry with no solution and took our money. Do not use this company when traveling internationally because delays are caused by others, immigration for example, and they would not compensate us at all! Very poor customer service!I did reach out to customer support. They said the driver could not wait any longer than 90 minutes so they would not compensate us in any way. Unsatisfactory to us as we were just a few minutes beyond the 90!
In an unfortunate turn of events, upon arriving at the villa we had rented through RateHawk in Florida, we discovered that it deviated significantly from our expectations. The villa advertised as having a heated pool, but unfortunately, the pool pump was malfunctioning, resulting in dirty & freezing water. Additionally, the property was not adequately maintained, and the most pressing issue was the absence of a clean pool, which was particularly disappointing since my children from the United Kingdom had eagerly anticipated using it daily. Upon noticing the pool within five minutes of our arrival, we promptly contacted RateHawk, who responded swiftly and informed us that the pump would be repaired shortly. It took 7 days to be fixed and pool was getting dirtier. My children could not use it which was upsetting for everyone. I ask RateHawk to move us upon arriving but they said they couldn’t ! I told them It’s false advertisement & I paid for a villa and pool not just villa.RateHawk eventually said that they booked the villa for me through a different company & that company would not move us or give us compensation so it was out of their hands! RateHawk offered me 60 points in credit! That doesn’t even cover a night in a hotel so I refused! I asked the owner of the property who he rents his villa through and he said Expedia portal!So not really sure what RateHawks role is or why they advertise properties as they have no power in helping if anything goes wrong. All really upsetting as this had been a dream holiday.I would advice not using this company as they can’t help you if anything goes wrong

I cannot stress more than enough to complain that after trying to communicate with one of the accounting managers Neda how ignorant she really is. After I expressed thoroughly how I needed response she would come back with same copy and paste email. Here is the email “Thank you for registering with RateHawk.After reviewing your application, we regret to inform you that it did not meet our current verification criteria. To be approved, partners must fulfill the following requirements:A registered travel business based in the UK or IrelandA functioning website associated with a valid domainA professional email address linked to that domainIt appears that one or more of these requirements may not have been met in your registration.If you do meet all of the above criteria or believe there has been an error, please don't hesitate to reach out to me directly. I’d be happy to assist you further. “After registration I was ultimately deregistered and reaching out seemed to hit stonewall and a dose of ignorance where the team don’t respond to your queries promptly . Even did meet the critera and expressed that with zero response. I’m in making of a new travel agency business and their attitude is abhorrent and ignorant towards me. Seems as if they don’t want me on the platform. AVOID AVOID.
