Two people, one reservation and a wonderful result. Sophia and Andrew proved that professional agents can provide service beyond normal. They went back to the airlines twice to get reservation that were when I wanted. My traveling will be much better especially for my 75 year old constitution.

FROM NE.TO FL. DURING OUR CONVERSATION MY MAIN CONCERN WAS BEING ABLE TO CANCEL THESE FLIGHTS IF NEEDED DIDN'T MIND PAYING EXTRA FOR THAT INSURANCE MR. JONES ASSURED ME THAT THIS WOULD NOT BE A PROBLEM AND HE COULD SAVE ME HE MONEY IN BUYING INS. IN MY PURCHASE.
MY DAUGHTER TOOK ILL BEFORE THE TRIP AND FORWARDED A DOCTOR LETTER SHE COULD NOT TRAVEL CONTACTED MR. JONES TO CANCEL THE FLIGHT HE TOLD ME FLIGHTS COULD NOT BE CANCELLED AND TICKETS WERE NON REFUNDABLE
I CALLED JETBLUE DIRECT AND GOT COMPENSATED FOR MY PURCHASE JETBLUE AIRLINES VERY HELPFUL AND GREAT TO DO BISSINESS.

Neal Jones ReviewI want to thank Neal Jones for his exhaustive efforts in obtaining a refund for us after the loss of our friend. We had booked our flight to Maine in August of 2025 for travel on September 24, 2025 and then the unbelievable happened. Susan passed away unexpectedly on September 15, 2025. Neal was very compassionate and helpful in obtaining a refund for Susan's ticket as well as her husband, John. The process took over 2 months, but Neal stayed in constant communication with us and with the airlines to achieve the allowable refund to John. I want to thank Neal Jones for his time and his sympathy to our situation. He is to be commended for his professionalism and tenacity. I was told the price shown on the original computer screen and for which I originally booked was no longer available so I had to pay about $143 (for 2 tickets) more for the actual tickets, So somewhat misleading. However Logan called me and explained everything and saw me through the full booking process
