I placed an order for a copper flute on January 7th. After about five days, I reached out to inquire about the expected delivery, but I didn't receive a response. I followed up later, mentioning my upcoming cruise. I came across some reviews that made me a bit anxious, and I started to doubt my choice to order from the company. However, just yesterday (January 20th), I received an email notification that my order was shipped via next-day air. It arrived today, and I'm genuinely pleased with the flute. The representative informed me that it was shipped quickly to ensure I could take it on my cruise. As an experienced musician, I found it easy to produce a lovely sound. It's truly a distinctive instrument!
I placed my order back in July and received a notification about a shipping label on August 29th. Now, it’s December 4th, and there's been no progress. I've sent several emails inquiring about my order but haven’t received any replies. I'm now forced to reach out publicly on social media in hopes of getting a response and finally receiving my flute. I just want my flute.
