Great improvement from the company we were previously with.Individuals we corresponded with were very kind, understanding and knowledgeable.All amendments etc were dealt with quickly and we we're overall very satisfied with the outcome. Highly recommend them to anyone that's looking for top-tier apparel.
After the sponsorship went out of business for my eSports club, I found this company to do the jerseys for us. I emailed them to seek out some answers before blindly trusting them and they seemed ok, but I had some bad experiences with them communicating back to me. I shrugged this off at first because it didn't seem to be a huge issue based on two or three emails, but little did I know that this would spiral out of control, to them ignoring multiple emails, leaving out important information that was said to be "needed" throughout the whole experience, and was disrespected. When bringing up these issues, I was told that I could get a refund, but that doesn't give me the jersey that I want, it doesn't help my over 40 members of my club get the jersey they want, and it also wasted all of our time for about a month (because this is how long it went on until I said this is ridiculous, give me the refund please) I felt as if I wasn't a valued customer, along with the other members of the club. Overall EXTREMELY disappointing experience. Would not recommend.
