This may be a problem on mobile only but I went to add something to my cart and I couldn't tell it was in my cart so I went to checkout with 4 copies of it in my cart. Just a quality of life thing would be to make it clearer what's in the cart.
If I ignore the 4 week wait, I can say the finished product is incredible! Yes the colors are slightly off, but this is expected as computer colors (RGB) don't mix with CMYK/Pantone very well, so they got the closest they could possibly get, which is good enough for me! I am delighted with the finished product, will use again for sure!
Avoid this company at all costs. Let me tell you what happened...The first time we ordered, they messed up the colors. Even though colors are LITERALLY their business they hide a little note on the site that says the printing process may alter your colors. Well buddy, they are gonna alter them! Our royal blue and university red came back sky blue and dried blood. Since it's a custom order, sorry! No refunds or exchanges and they don't give you a proof because everything is made in China! (More on that later) So they did screw up a couple jackets as well so we ordered a couple more of those and knowing that they don't know how to replicate RGB hex I had to overcorrect the colors to make sure they printed in the colors I want. I DID!!! Why am I being forced to do the color correction? So once I figured out the percentage of how far off they were I submitted my highlighter colors which thankfully did come back in the correct colors. In that same order, they got the size wrong on one of my players so he had to wait another month before getting his jersey.I put in a 3 star review for them after that and they begged me to change it and gave me 35% off my next order, joke's on them now!And so I made the biggest mistake of all. I ordered a second time. Two weeks into my three week turnaround time I was informed that the coronavirus had delayed orders by 1-2 weeks. No big deal, I can wait another week. Well, it went from a 2 week delay, then to 3, and so I messaged them and I told them I understand the delay but I absolutely needed it by the 28th of February. (Which would make it a 4 week delay and 7 weeks total) "No problem" they said! and so I waited, and as the days crept closer no progress was being made. I was being assured every time I messaged them that I will get my stuff before the 28th. Well guess what? They're going to miss the final event of our team's season this weekend. An order that was placed on JANUARY 15TH is scheduled to arrive on MARCH 3RD.I requested a refund and was told that they "cannot" issue refunds on custom clothing.I'm attending a huge tech conference next week, I'm going to make certain no one commits the same mistakes I did and as long as I'm in esports I will tell everyone to never buy from them.
I made the silly mistake of putting the wrong Zipcode on my order so I was panicking that it wouldn't get delivered. I messaged customer service and was receiving replies within minutes. They were so patient and kind to me. It really helped ease my anxiety and made me feel better. Absolute top notch Customer Service. Plus! My items got to me despite my zipcode typo! I love it :)
