I’ve been wanting to buy my loved one a ring for so long and after searching through Instagram, Ray’s page caught my eye. What a great experience buying with RAC has been! Had a pretty good turn around time, along with enhancing the ideas and reference images I provided for my Fiancé's ring. Communication was great along the way, being provided renders and pictures of the moulds and the ring throughout the process. The finished product was stunning and my Fiancé was very pleased.
All in all excellent customer service and brilliant guidance throughout the whole process. The transparency and breakdown of costs and price adjustments are quick and easy. My daughters birthday is coming up, I found rays instagram and asked if he could make me a vustom diamon name pendant necklace for my daughter. Her birthday was coming up and as usual I was ordering something last minute. Ray sorted out the necklace for me and kept me up to speed with progress and designs.
