I have bought a RCB RK6 which in itself is a great bike, it provides comfort in having rather fat 3" tires plus suspension seat and forks, whilst being powerful travels at a good speed with minimum effort. When I have asked for help Customer Service Responds within 24 hours inspite of different working hours and provides me with options and solutions. With a broken spring making the brakes not work they have offered to send me new brakes free of charge.
I have received great, fast service from this company, after coming across a small problem with the charging port I contacted them and they are sending out free replacement parts with an instructional video. Would definitely use this company again.
Ordered two and only received one. No reply from them on email, webchat or social channels. Its been so long now I've needed to order another from a different brand. - I'd like to say poor service but no service is more acurate. I'd advise anyone to buy from somewhere else that delivers what you pay for.
