Did not receive order #3591 as it shows postNL did not receive package. Have been trying to get in contact with customer support this week but no reply. Used to have fast and efficient customer support but this week there isn’t any. Will change review when someone contacts me to figure out where my shipment is
Untrustworthy seller, failed to deliver my order on two occasions! Then provided only a partial refund. I contacted the payment service requesting a full refund, and they transferred all the funds to the seller's account. Now I'm left with neither my money nor my package!
