Billing and finance department are very unprofessional and her supervisor its very rude, they added a charge back of 300 dlls on my dinning table that i was almost done to paid off, i bough a dinning table a year ago and recently i bought an oven and a microwave, my last payment was on january 14th and the supervisor said that payment went to the new purchase and not to my old purchase of my dinning table so they said i was late 2 months when its clear on my account that i was not. Anyways dont buy here, the supervisor it was very rude she probably dont like her job and dont like answering questions in a nice way.
I was scheduled for 11:15-1:15 on a Presidents Day delivery. The time has been rescheduled two times now. The current delivery time is 4:00-4:30. That will probably be bumped back as well since it is now 3:45. I have been sitting in my vehicle this whole time waiting for them. This is unacceptable. I was told that I am #13 on the list for deliveries. How can they make 12 deliveries before me and be at my place by 11:15? All the customer service people had to say was "They are only human". I guess it's too much to ask to have an explanation or actually be on time. Very unhappy!!!!!!
I attempted to purchase a dishwasher over the phone, but my salesman became frustrated and hung up on me. Initially, I indicated that the deal was nearly finalized but needed to wait for a technician to assess my old dishwasher. He assured me I could reach out at any time, but that was not the case. I called the day before to check in, but there was no response. I then spoke to another salesman who offered me the same appliance, but at a $100 higher price, which I wasn't interested in. When I called Mr. Dietrich the next day, he was clearly upset that I had sought help elsewhere, and that’s when he disconnected the call. I found his behavior to be quite unprofessional.
I love the carpet . The guy putting it in was fine . But …… we have a seem in both the bedroom and living room. And they’re both very noteisable . Spelling is wrong !! But I’d really like them gone with a different installation guy !! Thank you so very much Bob and Charlene Zube 530 616 1988
