Price and selection is great, but in the past year many screen freezes on Sling or loading issues. I have 1,000 internet speed and really only computer up only. So no speed issues, bought an upper end TV LG get last month, got everything loaded and update and reset my internet just to make sure. Sling still has freezes and loading problems. Netflex, Paramount plus and other streaming services run extremely well. The problem is contacting Sling is near impossible but when you do they start saying the problem is on my end. NO IT IS NOT. Stop with the excuses or deal again with one less customer. I was forced to put in a date but really going on for last 12 months everyday throughout the day.

I am EXTREMELY upset. On January 21, 2026, I cancelled my Sling subscription. I received confirmation that my subscription was cancelled. Yet somehow you charged my credit card $65 in February --- A month I did not watch one single minute of Sling programming. Then again on February 23, 2026 Sling TV charged my credit card for another month of a Sling TV which I cancelled on January 21, 2026. Now they're automated customer service is telling me a refund is not possible. They're a complete rip off if you try and cancel.

Disappointing Experience with the Service

I tried the service for a week under a promotional rate of $24.99 a month but decided to cancel due to infrequent use. When I attempted to cancel, I was offered a discounted rate of $18.40 each month through the app. However, I encountered a technical error stating "experiencing technical issues" when trying to switch to this plan. I chatted with a representative who immediately requested my credit card and address information without explaining why it was necessary. They then claimed they couldn't change my plan due to "partner billing issues," which seemed questionable. I created a new account to try to set up the $18.40 plan as a new customer, but customer service was unable to assist with that as well. I received a pasted message stating the "everyday select plan is $19.85" but also included the regular price of $24.95 without clarifying why there were two prices. When I inquired about which price I would be paying, the representative did not address my question and kept pushing the ambiguous "Do you agree?" after repeating the service agreement. Feeling frustrated, I expressed that I believed this was a bait and switch tactic. The representative then delayed their responses, seemingly waiting to see if I would accept the unclear pricing. After I pointed out the discrepancies, they abruptly disconnected the chat, leaving me feeling like my time was wasted. The discounted plan was never clearly presented, and the conflicting statements regarding the pricing were frustrating. It seemed like the service was designed to avoid direct answers, relying on pasted messages that lacked clarity. I have screenshots documenting the discrepancies and the representative's refusal to clarify the situation.

Extremely frustrating experience with the streaming service

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the streaming service. This is the third time I have been kicked out of my account while trying to watch a major bowl game. It claims that there are other users streaming, but there is only one TV on in my home. I reset my password, but the issue persists. I don't believe the service can manage the number of viewers for these events.

Disappointing Experience with the Day Pass

My husband purchased a day pass for $4.99, clearly informed that it would expire in 24 hours. After enjoying the game, he was shocked to find a charge of around $50 a few days later. When he reached out to the support team, they claimed he had chosen a monthly subscription, which he did not. They refused to issue a refund. This feels misleading and dishonest. It seems to be a recurring problem. Overall, the service is frustrating, and the company appears to be taking advantage of customers.

Frustrated with Game Availability

I subscribed to the service but struggle to access any football games, even when the local team is playing at home. It's frustrating to see claims about games being available on channels that I don't have access to. This is the playoffs, and I'm not alone in missing these games due to incorrect information. I can watch channels for other sports, yet I can't catch football games happening in my own area, whether on local or national news channels. This is especially disappointing when games are being aired elsewhere.

Extremely Frustrating Experience!

If I could give it zero stars, I absolutely would! I ordered the pass specifically to watch certain football games over the last two weekends, but after payment, I was informed that I was outside the viewing area or that the games were blacked out! Customers should be made aware of such limitations before making a purchase. The games were the sole reason for my purchase, and when I tried to contact customer support through the provided number, I discovered it was out of service. I then had to resort to the chat platform, where I interacted with a bot that told me the pass was non-refundable. I thought I could at least watch a show or movie, but the app wouldn't let me access anything that should have been available with the pass. I'm extremely dissatisfied and disappointed, and I'm quite frankly angry that I can't even reach customer service to address my concerns! I would rate them zero stars if possible! I will not recommend this service to anyone and will make sure to share my experience with anyone considering it!

Sling TV charged us for $50.76 for Orange Pass which we did NOT AUTHORIZE! We authorized a $5.39 for a one day pass. When we were made aware of the overcharge, we found there is NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM! Chat bot only! Do not trust Sling TV and their ads for one day pass, weekend pass, etc. They will overcharged you with unauthorized charges with no way to remedy it. I have contacted bank and contested charges. DO NOT TRUST SLING TV!!!!! They are thieves.

Total deception with hidden fees. They advertised a $4.99 one-day pass but charged me over $75. They didn't mention that the $4.99 pass automatically enrolls you in a $25 basic plan and a $45 plan, in addition to the $4.99 charge. Moreover, there's a recurring fee of $70 that you can't cancel. The support team hangs up on you, and the cancel button is always grayed out online. How do they continue to operate?
