This year has been incredibly frustrating with the service. After investing over £10,000, I received absolutely no return on my investment and felt that the entire process was neither transparent nor accountable. Despite my repeated concerns about performance, the communication and support remained lacking. They even attempted to upsell me with promises of improved performance. For me, this has been a total waste of money, and I would highly advise others to thoroughly research before making any commitments.
Our account manager has been incredibly patient and has worked diligently against tight deadlines, while also making the process enjoyable and professional. We look forward to seeing the results of our campaign, but so far, the experience has been nothing but positive.
.............DO NOT TRUST THIS SERVICE............ They designed and built a website for us and continue to host/manage it for a monthly fee. We're experiencing issues with not receiving emails from our contact page, which is severely impacting our business. Initially, the technical support was helpful, but now we're still facing ongoing email issues. They've stopped responding to our inquiries, and it's disgraceful and unprofessional for a large organization to ignore their customers.

We agreed to an advertising package for a one-year contract, but they took payment two months before starting any work. They then canceled the contract due to their advertising partner withdrawing, yet continued to charge us and ignored multiple emails over a month. Their response was merely, "your invoice is in query." This organization uses bully tactics and feels like theft.
