Review Time
My order arrived a week after Valentine’s Day and I ordered it with more than enough time. They gave excuses for this that suggested they were long behind on shipments. Not sure why they didn’t consider this in their delivery estimate. They offered $50 in store credit “if” it arrived after Valentine’s Day. No response to any of my emails since then. No care for customers, lie about refunds and ghost you. I’d give negative stars if I could.
I am very disappointed and frustrated with this service. As a first-time customer, I will not be making any future purchases. I ordered and paid in full 2.5 weeks ago, yet there’s still no sign of delivery. I’ve emailed the support team six times for updates, but I keep receiving conflicting information about when I can expect my items. The tracking number given does not exist with the courier. I find this service to be unreliable. Avoid placing an order with them.

I truly love my purchases, and the customer service team responded with updates when I requested them. I have bought three different rings and adore them all; they are very unique. Shipping can take a bit longer, but it is definitely worth the wait!
