Review Time
I requested an exchange and covered a small additional cost. I returned the original item but have yet to receive the replacements. Currently, I've paid more than I did for the initial item and have neither the original nor the ones I wanted in exchange. Meanwhile, the customer service has been completely unresponsive, and the only replies I get are from a frustrating AI. I chose this brand believing they were ethical, but their treatment of customers proves otherwise. It's quite disappointing!
I ordered two pairs of pants, one for men and one for women, which appeared to be made from the same material and color online. However, the men's pants are high-quality, warm corduroy, while the women's are made from a thin, lightweight cord that isn't suitable for winter wear. They don't compare at all, despite looking similar online. I have to give one star for that, although I really liked the men's model. Additionally, the platform encourages repeated orders by offering vouchers for returns. I used a leftover credit from a previous return but had to add around $50. When I returned this time, they only offered a voucher as reimbursement instead of a cash refund, not even the $50 I had to add. So it seems I'll have to order again, right? A perfect example of green capitalism. That said, I still really enjoy my six wool pullovers from the platform!
I have previously ordered from the company and have always been very pleased with the quality. While shipping used to take some time, this time it was quicker than I anticipated. The shirt arrived in a plastic-free box, which is a nice touch.
The color is lovely, and the fabric is soft and of good quality. However, I'm uncertain about the trousers' fit. They appear great on the model, but the elastic at the back may not be very flattering for those who don't have a perfect figure.
As a returning customer, I bought the sweater in grey and couldn't resist getting the copper one as well. The quality is evident right when you open the package. The items I've purchased are amazing, and I fully recommend them. Shipping was smooth and hassle-free.
I'm rating the customer service, not the clothing itself :) The delivery service did not send my parcel or provide email updates, even in my spam folder. The package was sent back after being at the depot for 10 days. However, the customer service responded quickly to my earlier review and resolved the issue perfectly. I received my original payment refunded within two days.
