My experience with Realcoagents has been an absolute disappointment and a significant waste of both time and money. I approached them with the simple goal of finding a peaceful, comfortable, and convenient home for my family. In the beginning, the transaction seemed professional; the communication was consistent, and the team appeared helpful throughout the negotiation process. However, it is now clear that this was merely a front to secure a signature on the contract, as their demeanor shifted the moment the deal was finalized.The true nature of their service became apparent just a few weeks after we moved in, when several issues with the property began to surface. What should have been a happy milestone for my family quickly turned into a nightmare. Despite reaching out for assistance, I discovered this company has absolutely no regard for after-sales support. Their "horrible" service and complete lack of interest in resolving property defects have left us in a home that is far from the sanctuary we were promised.To this day, I am still struggling with unresolved issues in the house, and my concerns are consistently dismissed. There is zero accountability from their team, and I feel completely let down by their lack of integrity. I strongly advise anyone looking for a home to stay away from Realco; they are quick to take your money but will disappear the moment you actually need them to stand by the quality of their listings.
