Dealing with RealCo has been the most stressful experience of my life as a homeowner. We were looking for a house that would provide peace and convenience for our family, but they delivered the exact opposite. The initial communication was great, but it turned out to be a complete bait-and-switch once we signed the papers. Within weeks of moving in, we found major faults that make the house far from comfortable. When we tried to contact the agency for support, we were met with a dismissive attitude from everyone on the team. They have absolutely no regard for after-sales service or ensuring the quality of the homes they sell. I feel completely misled and taken advantage of by this agency. It’s been a massive waste of money and I wouldn't trust them with another transaction.
My experience with this agency spiraled down very quickly after the contract was signed. At first, the communications were frequent and I thought the agent was looking out for our interests. That all turned out to be a facade once the settlement went through. We found several major problems with the house that have robbed us of the peace we were looking for. RealCo has provided zero after-sales support and has essentially told us that the issues are our problem now. It’s a disgraceful way to treat customers who have spent a significant amount of money with them.
