Twice I've bought from this wonderful company, and I can confirm their professionalism and the high quality of their products. They have been incredibly courteous, quick to respond, and detail-oriented. The silk thermals and liners were exactly what we needed, and the wool socks are both soft and durable. I will be recommending this service for a long time and will definitely shop with them again. Shipping was prompt, and the items were treated with care. I'm thrilled to have discovered this team!
I wish there was a one star option.I ordered a white silk knit mock turtleneck. I am a US large so I ordered an XL. The sizing was fine except the arms were still a size small and were 2 inches or more too short. It came in old rumpled up packaging, and there is no way to say it other than it stunk and smelled like rotten eggs. It was very smooth and silky. I am allergic to silicone and dimethicone’s and every time I receive a new piece of clothing I wash it by hand. I know how to do this and I’ve been very successful with washing the dimethicone treatment out used during manufacturing. However, there is also silicone treatment that is given to cheap substandard clothing that actually fuses the dimethicone on the fibers and you cannot remove it. I very seldom encounter this, but this is what this silk was treated with. It is not high quality material needless to say I tried washing it three times with no luck and it was still slimy to the touch. After three hand washing it still stunk of sulfur. I was able to track down an order number though it was difficult and you are not permitted to return the item unless you contact them. I sent them an email and there was no response so once you have your item, you will not be able to return it move on and order from a legitimate company.
I was advised I could return a top which didn’t fit and received the return label. I returned the top in august 2025 and despite I sending several emails I haven’t received a refund or reply. I’m considering legal avenue as it’s close to $200 and I returned the garment in good faith and trust in accordance with their advice.
I have read many of the reviews and it appears size is the big issue. The problem stems from the size chart on the website is quite a bit different than the American size chart. I ordered a medium and it arrived with an XL size label on it. If you read the measurements provide in the website size chart you will be closer to your correct size. Other than that I have bought 4 items and all are well made with quality material. They arrived in a decent amount of time given they came from China and prices are half of what you would pay anywhere else. Plus I really like their styles.
This company is a fraud! I placed an order on August 31st and nothing fit. I have contacted them through every listed address that I can find and no one has contacted me back with a proper return address. The packaging says specifically not to ship back to the address listed and to contact customer care for proper address and no one has returned my messages. I am sorely disappointed. Poor quality as well.
Getting clothes made for one, take time. Real Silk, gives the time and provides quality silk, for the clothes to be fitting and comfortable. In 90 degree plus weather, they make being outside so much more comfortable and allow one to be at ease.So far have bought pajamas, shirts, underwear, and may yet branch out to other items. The quality speaks for itself.
