This was the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I have shopped at various retailers, from high-end to budget-friendly! I received the wrong item, was denied an immediate refund, and had to return the incorrect item myself. This was meant as a Christmas gift and is now out of stock. I have since ordered from another location without any issues. I strongly advise against shopping here. This marks the first negative review I have ever written.
The customer service I encountered was the worst I've ever experienced. I've shopped everywhere, from premium stores to discount outlets! I received the wrong product, was denied an instant refund, and had to return the incorrect item myself. This was meant as a Christmas gift and is now unavailable. I've successfully ordered from another retailer without any issues. I would not recommend shopping here. This is my first negative review ever.
UPDATE: After my review, the company reached out and offered to make it right. I expected a discount code for future purchases, but they exceeded my expectations! They sent me a full-size product with free shipping! This small, black- and woman-owned business provided exceptional service that a large company failed to deliver. I’ve never experienced such great customer service before. I’m a loyal customer now as long as they stay in business. I previously ordered a facial product and found issues with the quantity received. Customer service was unhelpful and offered a return process that was unacceptable. This was my first purchase, and it will definitely be my last.
After six months, I can confirm that the online service is problematic. As a long-time customer of another retailer, I learned that this company operates independently. They often claim items are worn when I have proof they are not! I contacted the Better Business Bureau, and they were very helpful. I hope this helps others avoid similar issues. The online service and payment options are disappointing!
This company offers poor customer service. I sent my return back weeks ago, and I still have not received any updates. Reaching customer service was a hassle, with one representative distracted and unhelpful. After speaking with multiple representatives, I was told my return had issues with processing. It’s clear why they are struggling as a business. I won’t be shopping here again.
I feel like I’ve been a victim of fraud. I returned an item in perfect condition, yet it was sent back to me weeks later with no explanation. I spoke with supervisors who claimed there were stains on the item, which is false. I mentioned that others have had similar experiences, but all I received was a refusal to accept the return. It’s infuriating, and I will never shop here again.
If I could give no stars, I certainly would. I returned an item they sent me incorrectly, and now I’m stuck in a dispute with both the carrier and the retailer. Neither is taking responsibility, and I’m left paying for a bag I can’t get refunded for. It’s shameful for a high-end retailer.
