The cleaning process for the 5 kg doll torso is challenging, and it takes a long time to dry. Hiding the doll during drying is difficult, but the combination of the doll with the VR headset offers a superb experience. The price for the doll torso with the VR headset is quite high.
Their refund policy is quite anti-consumer. The website claims to refund 85% of your amount directly, but when I requested to cancel an order that had been dispatched, they withheld my money, stating it is 'company policy' to provide store credit instead. Only 50% of the store credit can be transferred to my bank account, contrary to what is mentioned on the website. This feels like a consumer trap.
