Worst company I’ve ever dealt with they need shutting down instead of advertising new drops and going wholesale. Stop taking peoples money and start giving people what they have payed for! Waiting over a month for a tee! Lies after lies when you actually get a response from one of them. No idea of how to run a business
Would give 0 stars if it was a option as my wife ordered elbow wraps and wrist wraps in beginning on November and we gave it till mid December no delivery and 0 communication via the emails that was sent so had to cancel via the bank terrible customer support and service
Multiple orders made. Over £130 in value across 2 orders. Neither have been posted months later.One took a month to be "posted" but the courier (evri) has still not received the parcel. Same for the second order. Joke, you wanna support an athlete and instead they just take your money and shit on you. Cheers.
It’s a scam. Ordered in September. Haven’t received my order. Rarely get updates even though I regularly request updates via email and instagram. No longer get replies and still don’t have my order. Would definitely not recommend. Basically a scam as they’re not giving me a refund.
Terrible customer service. Terrible service in general. Ordered pre workout (which have had before and is good quality) but both times of ordering I have been waiting weeks for the item to actually arrive. The last time I ordered, was told 24 hour shipment after purchase which did not happen. Emailed the company but no reply, messaged twice on instagram to no reply. Emailed once again to no reply still. Absolutely awful customer service and would not bother ordering from the company again.
I paid for the bundle of lifting wraps and elbow wraps (32£) i paid for them on the 16th oct and after 10 days emailed them with no response from them. I ordered with dpd next day delivery and it took over 2 weeks for my parcel to actually arrive then when i finally received it, it only contained the wrist wraps no elbow wraps. When i emailed again discussing this issue they still dont respond its absolutely diabolical and a scam AVOID this company at all costs the scamming rat bastards
Placed an order on October 27th and by today (December 17th) I've not had any update on the order. Multiple emails sent to them for an update with no answer. Multiple messages sent via social media with no answerTerrible company Avoid at all costs
