Ordered a wrist+elbow wraps bundle supposedly with 48hr shipping, three weeks later still nothing turned up and no updates on RM tracking page, been trying to find out whats going on but only form of customer service comes from messaging their social media pages which you're lucky to get more than 3 replies from per day, now waiting for my refund which I've been told will take 7-10 days. Absolute joke.
Extremely disappointed with Baker and the company itself. Ordered some preworkout and after a month of not receiving, I emailed three separate email addresses for an update just to be completely ignored, (mind you they advertise next day delivery). Would recommend buying from the gym reaper company if you fancy throwing money down the drain 👍.
Worst company I have had the displeasure of dealing with. Firstly, I ordered some grape pre on the 22nd of September, I am now writing this on the 28th of October after not getting my pre workout. Been ignored in various Emails and DMs. However I did get one email telling me that my product had been dispatched on the 9th of October, get the feeling that was a lie. I then asked for a refund as I have essentially wasted a month asking when I was going to get my product. Still being ignored. The whole company is a joke and a scam. Don’t bother, they don’t care about you just want your money. Honestly expected better from baker but this is shameless.
