This company is utterly disappointing—it's been over four weeks waiting for my order, and all I've received are lies and false promises. They continue to promote their products while I have yet to receive mine. I've reported them to the relevant authorities and am now contacting my bank for a refund.
After waiting two weeks with no updates and sending several emails, my order never arrived. I eventually found a live chat option, which seems to be the only way to contact them. They canceled my order and stated it would take 3-5 days to process a refund. Five days later, I still have no refund and have been ignored on live chat. Avoid this company.
I placed an order on November 14, and by December 27, I still have no updates on my order. My multiple emails and social media messages have been completely ignored. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The lack of communication is unacceptable. I advise everyone to steer clear of this company.
Terrible company. I ordered the pre-workout on December 23, 2025, and as of December 30, 2025, I haven't received anything—not even a dispatch email. There was no information on the website about Christmas delivery delays. I've emailed them and received no response. I won't be trying again.
Like many others, this has been a total scam and a waste of my time! I placed my order on November 19, sent several emails, received false promises, and got no replies. It was supposed to be a birthday gift for my brother who supports this brand, but now it's clear that the business is poorly managed.

AVOID! No goods. No communication. Nothing at all. Nice to see him boasting about a new house online just in time for Christmas when he treats people like this. Also, what makes it worse is that he keep sending out new emails to order, when he can’t fulfil the orders he has. Some people waiting for months. One fan and one customer lost forever.
