I'm using it every day and I'm very happy with my purchase. It's very well built and because of that, I'm glad it comes assembled (unlike many other rebounders I've seen online). When I have guests, they always comment on the exceptional quality of design and material that went into this amazing piece of equipment.
I purchased a max pro rebounder 4 months ago from Amazon. I absolutely loved it.Unfortunately, I had an issue with a fault on it and returned it to Amazon.I left a 1* review as I was so upset and as I had bought the best rebounder I could afford.The company selling via Amazon contacted me to apologise and long story short, offered me a new rebounder. I recieved my new rebounder plus a bar I needed as extra (the original had a bar) the day after the order was processed.To say I was delighted was an understatement, not just with the new rebounder but the whole after care process. My new experience rating would be a 10 but will have to settle for 5*Thank you so much.
