It really is quiet! I had a spring one in the past, and that was quite squeaky. So was pleasantly surprised at how quiet this is. You can easily watch TV or listen to music while using this. It also folds so you can put it away. I leave mine unfolded, as I use it a couple of times a week. I have it on its side when unfolded, and it fits very nicely in a space dedicated for it.I bought it primarily to keep my heart rate up in between sets, during strength training. It does that brilliantly. Just the other day, I managed to stay in Zone 4 for over 50 minutes, just by bouncing for a minute in between sets. I didn't expect the additional benefits that have come from using this, i.e. stronger ankles and pelvic floor.All in all, quite happy with my purchase. A bit expensive, but I see it as an investment in my health and fitness.
It works exactly as described: the bands are soft and quiet, it's easy to open and close, and it also looks great. Their YouTube channel has plenty of helpful videos to get started, even for beginners. I use it with cross training shoes, but I find it works even better with non-slip socks.
I ordered the Fit Bounce PRO XL. I had a problem with the bungees; the tension of the bungees too soft.I had a great communication from the customer service team. The request was resolved quickly as they sent to me a set of the firmer bounce bungee’s. Excellent after-sales service. France Guertin
I purchased a MaXimus PRO Folding Rebounder Fitness Trampoline via Amazon. It was delivered promptly and was as I expected. I am impressed by the performance and the compact size it packs away to. Although the instructions recommend folding it with two people, it is easily achievable by yourself once familiar with the process. The springs provide great performance but be aware that they will be louder than the bungee version. If you have noise sensitive family or room mates, take that into consideration if you are going to be working out early hours of the morning. The instructions recommend baseline or coconut oil on the spring ends to reduce the noise slightly so I will see how well that works. I am sure it will soon be white noise. I have used it for a few days now. Although my heart rate did not break out of light to mid aerobic following the supplied dvd intermediate level, I have certainly discovered some muscle groups I obviously had not used for a while. Like anything new, once you get used to it you soon settle into a routine. Great product, great fitness method with lots of health benefits. Win, win.
