This company has truly disappointed me. I placed an order six weeks ago and have yet to receive anything. Each week, I check in about my order, only to receive vague apologies and promises to find shipping details. I've asked multiple times for a refund, but there has been no response. It's extremely frustrating.

I ordered charging cables on 9/30/24, and now it's 11/8/24 with no delivery. The tracking shows they are stuck in TN. When I contacted the company, they claimed I had the wrong tracking number and provided another that also didn't work. They assured me it was on the way, but I'm skeptical.
The customer service is absolutely appalling. I regret not reading reviews before buying a hair iron comb that does not function as advertised. It seems cheaply made and likely drop-shipped from overseas. I'm currently trying to get a refund through a payment service after their inadequate attempts to resolve the issue with minimal refunds. This is a scam; be cautious and avoid this company.
