Highly frustrating experience

I wouldn't even give a single star. I received a letter indicating I was owed money and that a cheque was sent to the company. However, I haven’t been able to reach them at all. They are holding my funds, and I am left with no way to retrieve it. Any assistance or advice would be appreciated.

I wouldn't give even one star. I received a letter stating that I was owed money and that a cheque was sent to the company. Can I get in touch with them? No. They have my money, and I have no way to get it back. Any help or suggestions?

They are a con

They are a con! Won’t respond to calls, took 70% of what I was owed and have no way of contacting them. They keep you informed right up until you sign and then they take all your money and ignore your emails.
