Don't Buy any thing from here , they don't give refund in case of un delivered, defective...same problem face by friend they don't give easily refund from last three month.... Try naya jaisa, New Jaisa these are very good in service.....
Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered a PC from this company on 14th June, paid the full amount, and as of today, the product has still not been delivered. The tracking clearly shows that the item is stuck with the delivery company, yet the seller has taken zero responsibility.Despite multiple calls, messages, and emails, there has been no resolution or refund. I even sent a formal legal notice and finally had to file a consumer court case in Mumbai for fraud and non-delivery.They have all my evidence chats, call logs, emails but continue to ignore the issue. This is nothing short of cheating customers and holding their money without delivering the product.Do not trust this company. I urge others to stay away unless you want to lose your hard-earned money.
