I bought T480, by some how got L480 laptop with poor battery backup but their service support was very good. Also i bought laptop and send it to my sister and she told me about the laptop but they do replace the model with correct one with all specs after about 2.5 months.So by my experience i can say you can trust their product and service support. And that 1 year warranty is for real, thats the awesome part which is cherry on the top, you get with that kind of refurbished laptop.By using the correct laptop about for 3 month i can say they are doing flawless. they do what they claim. If you got any problem with the product then have patience and reach them out they will fix it.
I ordered a Lenovo ThinkPad l480 on 31 july and today i.e 11 august still doesn't ship and with regular call with recyclekart cs the just casually say it will ship tomorrow and the tomorrow never come just don't buy from recyclekart it's a fraud website with zero customer support
I purchased a CPU from Recyclekart last week, and it hasn’t worked since day one. Despite multiple attempts to contact their support team, I received no real help or resolution. The product was defective, and the customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful.I strongly advise others to avoid this platform. Based on my experience, it feels like a scam. I will be warning my friends and network not to buy from Recyclekart.
