Fantastic Customer Service

Purchasing from Redding Medical was the best decision! They reached out to inform me that the item I ordered was out of stock and they gave me a few options. I wasn't in any hurry, so I said I'll wait for the item to come in from the manufacturer. To my surprise, 3 days later, I received the engraved stethoscope! I also have to mention that this was with a holiday in the middle of the week. I can't say enough good things about Redding, they have a customer for life!
