I ordered 6 otoscope light bulbs, I received 5 in the package,later on I found a note on the invoice, ooh, we did not have 6, we are sending you 5 now, when we get more, we will send one. I have never seen anything like this in my life, you order something, but they will send it to you in pieces.
Ordering from the website was very easy, easy to navigate and find what you need. There were many options for everything I wanted which made the selection process a little more fun. The company called me the next day to tell me one item I purchased was out of stock in the color I wanted, but told me it would be back in stock the next day. Calling the company was easy, no automated voice machine to get through to talk to someone. When I spoke with a CSR on the phone she was very friendly. Would recommend this company to anyone that is needing medical supplies for school or office.
