Ordering 10 before Christmas

Ordering 10 before Christmas. Engraving is same day depending on what time you ordered. I ordered 2 products, neither were on back order at the time I purchased them. When the products were not being processed I sent an email of my concern. I was then told one was back ordered. It’s now being delivered on January 4th. Very disappointed

They did not have the color stethoscope…

They did not have the color stethoscope that I originally ordered. However, a representative did call to inform me and gave me the opportunity to order another color and it was shipped out right away.
