My experience was pretty smooth however…

My experience was pretty smooth however the stethoscope I received is backwards. The larger part is the opposite direction it should be down but it’s faced up and I have to twist it every time I use it to get a blood pressure. It was very disappointing.

The website is easy to use

The website is easy to use. They deliver on time. They do engravings. They put a rubber band around my box so my stethoscope box doesn't accidentally open. I even like the "Redding" sticker they threw on the bottom corner of the box.
