Wrong name tag sent - limited quality control/check

I had placed two orders for two separate stethoscopes with separate inscriptions and two separate customized carrying cases. The name on the stethoscope was hardly legible. The name on the carrying case was more legible but they mixed up the order such that both cases arrived with the same name tag. So much for paying nearly twice the amount for FedEx overnight shipping only to realize that the remedial order needs to be shipped leisurely. Frankly, my entire shipping fee should be waived in light of the mix-up.
