EXCEPTIONAL! Customer service and online shopping

Great experience shopping online with them, and wonderful phone customer service! I was purchasing a stethoscope for a graduate program, and the programs fees covered some of the scope cost, however this was not being reflected online. I called customer service and left a message. They responded very quickly, and were able to get everything sorted out within minutes!
