I purchased an item described as being a waterproof cover for an Vacoped boot, purely for using outside as my boot needed to stay on 24/7, and was worried about outside grime and dirtying bedding sheets. When it arrived I was amazingly surprised that is had a rubber sole plate which was even better than I expected, and did exactly what I needed it for. You may want to place that info in the description, which will help other purchasers.
Ordered an arthritis ankle support & needed to return it after trying on for 30 seconds as it was too tight.I was amazed to receive an email back from them stating that the item was apparently damaged & could not be resold. Photographs seemed to bear no similarity to the item I returned & was told that they couldn't offer a refund.....but they did offer to dispose of it for me or I could pay another £4 & they would send it back to me!!Having already paid for the original postage to send & return (nearly £10 on a £14 item) I believe this company is scamming customers. Does anyone else have a similar experience? If so, perhaps we should inform others about how this company operates or even trading standards?Just received a reply from this company as can be seen. Don't you just hate it when some idiot in customer services signs off with his christian name only.....fantastic if you wish to send a reply. My advice is to be very circumspect when dealing with this company who purport to be a reputable operation but fall way short of being either reputable or helpful unless you hand money over.
