Quick turn around

Quick turn around, just as they stated. My only wish is that they would offer white lettering on the tubing; the bronze/brown is difficult to see. However, that is not a knock on their service. Everything looks fantastic.

Not a top notch experience.

The technical person I spoke with on the phone was somewhat helpful. They shipped my order by USPS and required signature at delivery for a $49 item: ridiculous!

Customer service was beyond excellent

Customer service was beyond excellent. I somehow managed to order the wrong color stethoscope, and it nearly brought me to tears as I have been saving for quite a while to buy it. It may seem trivial, but beyond personal preference, it was not one of the acceptable colors for the program i'm in. The staff was incredibly sweet about helping me get the tubing exchanged, and the whole process was very efficient. I believe Janet initially spoke to me on the phone, but thanks to all of you!
