My experience with Redding medical was amazing! My stuff came in a timely manner and was nicely packaged. Their prices were good and they had a ton of variety. I loved that I could get things engraved at a low price. Overall I had a great experience with them and will definitely continue to use them for all my medical needs in the future.
The item I was looking for was out of stock at one of your competitors. They did not call me back after I left two messages.When called Redding someone actually answered the phone.Your customer service rep was very helpful. Redding was also out of stock. She checked and told me when the item was due at Redding. She was very professional and personable. Without her help I would probably have moved on to another company. Employees like this will help make your company grow
I was looking for a Welch Allyn thermometer. Many places claimed to have them in stock but didn't after you went through the checkout process. Some called me after to say, "Sorry, we are out of them, would you like to stay in our 1-2 month back order to get one?" I called Redding Medical and they confirmed that they physically had one and would ship it out the next day. Because of Covid-19 some places are price gouging but not Redding. Thanks Emily!
The items that I received were in perfect condition as expected. The engravings are very visible and nicely written. When I ordered, I was in a bit of a crunch time for an assignment. I got an email after the order went through saying the item would be shipped when it came in. That was not a possibility as the items were needed ASAP. I told customer service this and they upgraded my shipping to 2 days for free. I received the items in time to do the assignment and did not have to pay extra because of the backorder status. I am very impressed!
I had contact with customer service before I placed my order. They were very helpful and curteous. My order was shipped quickly and arrived safe & sound, in perfect condition. They did a beautiful job on my engraving. I am very pleased with both the product and the friendly prompt service.
