Pro Consumer Review – Redu Sculpt Cupping Device (Purchased March 2025)I purchased a Redu Sculpt cupping device in mid-March 2025. I barely got to use it because I was sick for a period of time, but once I did start using it, I genuinely loved the results.Unfortunately, before even reaching the one-year mark, the device completely failed. The internal charging component broke, and the unit would no longer charge. I’m extremely careful with cords and electronics, so this wasn’t misuse — it was a product failure.I contacted Redu Sculpt several times, provided video proof, and tried to resolve this the right way. Their only solution was 15% off a new device, even though this is clearly a defect and not normal wear-and-tear.Given that I’m on medical disability with no income for three months, the suggestion that I should simply buy another device — when this one didn’t even last a year — was disappointing. I purchase a lot of home and health electronics, and in all my years, I’ve never had a manufacturer refuse to work with me on a defective product within one year, even when warranties had expired. They were polite, but ultimately unhelpful. After researching other brands (including lower-priced knockoffs), I actually found that many of them have better long-term reliability reviews than this one. So in a way, this experience may have pushed me toward a better alternative.Still, consumers deserve to know:After 90 days, if your Redu Sculpt device stops working — even due to internal failure — you are likely out of luck.I hope this helps someone avoid the same situation. $115.00 later, under a year, they can’t even replace the usb charge that isn’t working or justify the cost I paid. I was gonna let this go silent but then I realized I paid more than $50, which made me mad still, I want no one else getting messed over. — Wendy
I got my Redu Sculpt about a month ago and have been using it pretty consistently. My friends actually started pointing out that my waist looks slimmer and my skin feels firmer, that's when I knew it was really doing something. It's easy to use, feels great on the skin, and has become one of my favorite little self care steps at home.
I don’t understand, youve been contacting customers saying you hope to fix your system whenever someone puts a reguluar experience they had which is literally a disaster. If you really wanted to fix your policy’s why haven’t I received my refund just by sending back my package, why am I being charged for an accidental order which YOUR team didn’t respond to until it arrived and I sent a bunch of messages. If your team really cared about and valued your customers you would’ve opened my case and fixed your service simply. This is ridiculous. Do not buy from them. They will charge you to send back your product EVEN IF accidental order!
🚫 Don’t Waste Your Money – Poor Quality & Even Worse Customer Service 🚫I purchased my unit on February 3rd and used it 2 to 3 times a week consistently, hoping to see results. Despite minimal to no improvement, I stayed committed and continued using it.Fast forward to just a week ago, the unit completely stopped working. It turns on for a second and shuts right off—even though it’s fully charged. When I contacted the company, they told me I was just 2.5 weeks outside their 90-day warranty, so they couldn’t do anything—except offer me a discount to buy another unit. Seriously? Why would I invest in a second device when:The first one didn’t produce results, andIt didn’t even last 4 months? This feels like a scam wrapped in sleek marketing. The product doesn’t hold up, and the customer service is far from satisfaction guaranteed.I’m sharing this to help others avoid wasting their money and to push this company to take accountability. If you truly believe in your product, stand by it beyond 90 days—especially when it fails so soon after.👎 Not worth it. Not reliable. Not recommended
Just started using it, but I like what it is doing and it seems to work well the suction is great so far! I am only three days in and I am going to use it every evening while I watch TV. I’m only giving it three stars right now because I don’t know if it’s going to work or not, but I am giving it my best shot! Using it for 20 minutes on my abs on the highest setting. I will post a review in 30 days to see how my progress is going. I’m just hoping that it’s not a scam like other companies, but it seems to work well and I do understand the science. The tummy cream smells absolutely amazing! All the creams are nice and the vitamin C has a nice glide. Will report in another 30 days.!
