I called this company as I couldn’t get in touch with the company I was with and I believed Refresh Debt was part of them. Spoke to Shane and he gave us the news that the company we are with wasn’t part of them, after he and myself did a bit of digging we notice they had stopped trading and Shane went above and beyond to get me a number which actually led me to the company that took over my old one. ( I haven’t mentioned the company that I was with and who bought them as it doesn’t seem right ) but my point is Shane could have just said sorry can’t help!!! But he didn’t. And I thank you for that.
I would like to say a massive thank you to Brenna Cullen and all of the team at Refresh Debt from start to my finish with them as of 14/1/2026 they have been superb no object i threw at them they sorted for me i would and will tell anyone that is suffering with debt to contact them to help once again THANK YOU VERY MUCH

I only enquired today about council tax and bailiffs threatening to come to my home. I go a call from fresh debt advice within minutes. They have help with all the advice I needed and put my mind at rest. Bailiffs can not enter my home unless I let them. Thank you refresh.
