Excellent care and very understanding, sorted out my problem, and gave me a reference so, the council could not remove anything from the house. Sorted out an affordable payment plan, and just waiting for it to be approved. No problems with them at all. Shane was superb, I can now go out, and get some sleep without the fear of intimidation.
Shane was made for this role. At the beginning of our phonecall, I was beside myself with tears and overwhelm. Shane completely empathised with me and was extremely gentle with me throughout. He clarified for me my different options and offered really valuable insight into how I should navigate this predicament. By the end of the phonecall, I felt a lot more at peace with my situation and I feel a lot more optimistic about my future. Thank you Shane.
Great service. Was really satisfied and stress free after talking with the nice lady over the phone. She took me over everything step by step and now I can finally say I’m done stressing day and night about these debt collectors and outstanding debts I had. I can have a good night sleep tonight. Spoke to Rochelle ( hopefully i got the spelling correct) she handled everything so smoothly and made everything sound so easy to be done and to be honest been struggling for a very long time she was able to sort everything out in a short period of time and im happy with the outcome cant be happier than that no caption needed just simply the best
