Do not pay this review fee. It is an inflated charge for something that you can do yourself in two minutes when ASIC send you the official solvency declaration form. This is made to look like an invoice not a service that they offer. I called their helpline and even that is deceiving as I asked am I speaking to a human or an AI bot and Sharon told me she was human. I do not understand how these companies are allowed to operate. They cover themselves by a small disclaimer at the bottom of the page. Just because there is a disclaimer at the bottom, does not mean that this form of letter is not deceptive in its goal.
Total scam, do not pay!pretending a government companyThey got my address somehow and sent me a letter asking to pay for registration. They asked to pay $447 and offering $50 discount if I can pay earlier.I cay pay directly to ASIC $326. So they charge $121 only to pay on behalf of you.I've noticed the most their positive reviews are from US , France but not from Australia and all negative ones are from Australia. Being AU company offering local registration means they bought all positive reviews from fake US accounts.I spent 1 hour to find out why I got this letter and found out that's is SCAM 3rd part company. I wasted 1 HOUR!!!Where they got my details who gave them the right to post me the letter!!
My company review from Registration was a breeze! I didn’t have to call nobody or send any papers in the mail. Just logged in and boom, it was done. It’s really good to have it all saved there too, in case I need it later. Much better than trying to keep track of stuff myself!
