I am extremely disappointed and concerned by this company’s practices. The “renewal notice” I received was formatted to look like an official ASIC letter, with no clear indication that this party service charging inflated fees. The presentation is, in my view, deliberately misleading and creates the impression of a government requirement.After realising this was not an ASIC notice (after receiving a renewal notice directly from ASIC), I attempted to request a refund immediately — and that’s when things became even more alarming.Calling the company only led to an automated digital service with no option to speak to a real person. I attempted to submit a support ticket several times. When it finally went through, I received an almost instant automated message saying the renewal had already been processed and the ticket was closed. This happened far too quickly to be legitimate customer support.I have since sent multiple follow-up emails and have received no response whatsoever.The lack of transparency, the misleading presentation of their mail, and the complete avoidance of customer contact raise serious questions about their business practices. This behaviour borders on what the ACCC defines as misleading and deceptive conduct, I have escalated this this matter to the ACCC scam watch.Small business owners deserve honesty — not tactics that rely on confusion, and inaccessible support systems.I strongly urge others to avoid this service entirely and renew directly with ASIC. I'm now $198.00 out of pocket and my business name isn't renewed. I now need to pay for this directly with ASIC.
This website is a total scam who send out invoices to be paid for your business registration. Do not pay this invoice. All they do is take your money and you actually get nothing for it. They pry on small business owners. How is this company allowed to operate and why have they not been shut down.
Do not use this company, I disputed a payment & this is what they sent meThey are faceless and rediculoly rude And I'm still not convinced a legit company would ever speak to a customer like this. A letter posing as a invoice arrives in your letter box do not process or ebage with them! This is three final emsil to me!! Charming way to conduct business Not!‘ We are proud to report we WON the Bank Dispute you wrongly raised.Let this be a LESSON to you, that you can't attempt to CLAW-BACK your money from a legitimate great service, like ours, that you have engaged.We're happy that you also received extra fees for wasting our time and your bank's time.’ I'm within my right to dispute transactions even the back could say if there bank account was legit!! Do not use them
