Review Time
Firstly phone service not good as I was put on hold to the point of hanging up and ringing back again to be told that there was a fault in your system and not to wait more than 5 mins!! Your staff member was excellent. Secondly and most important I believe that all bases of payment should be covered ie. Accepting cheques, money orders etc in the mail to make payments as all I wanted to do was pay for my Business Name Renewal. This was not available to me. Even to be able to present bill at a Post Office to be scanned and paid. Even my Bank manager thought what I had to do was unbelievable!! Honestly, I was thinking of going with another provider. I've just hopefully helped you (Registration Pty Ltd) for accepting future payments! I supposed I should ask what's in this for me!!! After all you wanted constructive feedback, oh and my money!! Cheers and good luck with your projects and hope the future is a much more pleasant one.
Very pleased with phone conversation with a lovely lady. She was helpful and answered my questions very well and very polite and friendly. Easy to talk to. Didn’t have to wait on phone to be answered. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others needing the service. A big thank you, very impressed. Christine Tasmania
