Disappointing delivery and support experience.

I ordered and paid over £15 for express delivery. After 3 to 4 weeks, my package arrived in terrible condition with a clearly broken item inside. I contacted the seller but received no response. They are quick to reply before payment, but after you've paid, good luck getting help.

Avoid this scam at all costs. I ordered a solar light for my home but never received it. I emailed multiple times and was instructed to contact the shipping company, which is based in China. Resolving this issue was impossible, but thankfully I was protected by a payment service.

Absolutely do not purchase. I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered weeks ago and after following up, they said there was no address for the sign on my order. I provided the address, they confirmed it, but still no sign. I regret not checking reviews beforehand.

Terrible product and service.

These products are subpar! We ordered a light, and while it looked cute, it was much smaller than expected. My husband installed the plaque with the tape provided, but a few hours later, the light fell off and shattered. They refuse to refund me because they claim the product was delivered in good condition, which is not the issue. They are a scam!

Avoid this seller.

Avoid this seller. I ordered a door plaque, and after six months, the solar feature won't stop flashing. I've emailed multiple times with no response. It's an absolute rip-off and they shouldn't be allowed to operate.
