Impossible to contact them been trying…

Impossible to contact them been trying for a week the online portal does not work and the signal keeps dropping!! As soon as fibre installed I’m leaving this company

Nik was great

Nik called out to our house to install the WiFi. He was extremely polite, efficient and professional. Very knowledgeable and even helped us set up the TP link system throughout the house. Couldn't ask for better customer service

Decent fitting time from ordering.Guy who fitted (Nik) was excellent and sorted out very fast speed for the broadband.Would of given 5 stars, but a 26 minute wait to speak to someone was a bit crap.

LifesaverAfter being let down by another supplier at really short notice, and being a year away from getting fibre, Lee got us connected on time as promised. Service so far has been really good and the broadband speeds are reliable. Sam County Offaly

Extremely Unresponsive - Avoid

Their support is non-existent. Good luck contacting their customer service. I am now 5 weeks waiting for a response on a simple query submitted by email, including sending a follow up after 3 weeks. I am currently 15 minutes on the phone waiting for customer service. I really suspect they do not have full time staffing on customer service and queries are managed by Tech Support or Sales when they are not on other call. I will be cancelling my account with them.

5 stars for Nik, lovely to deal with and really clean work. However after sales support was negative and the initial sales team told us we couldn't get fibre broadband when we could, so the experience with the sales was not great!

Nik the engineer was great . Felt totally safe with him around the house . He arrived promptly and I left him to it . He left everything spotless . He has a very nice unintuitive manner
