I was without internet for several days after my 4G connection went down and had to be changed to 5G. I found the experience really frustrating, especially when it was taking so long to get an engineer booked in, and the phone support was not helping ease the stress.That said, the engineer Nik was absolutely brilliant. He came out twice, was never in a rush, very polite and funny, and took the time to explain everything in simple terms that I could understand. His approach made a huge difference. If it was not for the quality of his service, I would have been left feeling very let down by how long I was without internet.Thank you to Nik for the great support.
I was a little delayed getting back home and Nik had started setting up and had already connected the new reciever outside and taken down the old one. He then went on to explain to me about why the service was so much slower and what he was doing to fix it.After i explained that we cannot recieve internet on the other side of the property so he connected one more mesh router and i tested it before he left and it worked amazingly. 10/10.
