Review Time
Today’s delivery I have rated 5 star as it was delivered to my address and I hope I get the same delivery courier as I did today in the future. The previous 2 deliveries from Relay were not delivered to my address (as stated on parcels) and I had to search for them. Each time we were at home and front porch left open for the deliveries but courier left them at other addresses!
Item left in a bush,on a public street at a 'closed' work address on a Sunday!! and status shown as Delivered to Reception!
Driver was politely requested to go back and retrieve parcel as it was not left in a safe place and to deliver on Monday business hours, he said 'no' I made my way from a family function in another city to retrieve Parcel as directed by photo and it was not there!!
No contact number for Relay!

I was extremely surprised and happy with the services of the delivery team… The driver was so kind to do his best to find the best way for receiving my parcel. Great Humanity! Even though I was in a hospital, I got my parcel! Great Thanks to the driver of the delivery partner!
I never thought there would be a worse delivery company than Evri but I was clearly mistaken. Maybe I’ve just been unlucky twice but both deliveries I’ve received from them have not been great in the slightest.
This most recent time I had a driver who barely spoke English and completely ignored delivery instructions which led to my package being left outside my neighbours house for anybody to come by and take my package.
I was fortunate enough to be able to contact my neighbour to take my package in as he hadn’t knocked or rang their doorbell but overall I don’t have anything good to say about the actual delivery process
I tend to leave reviews when there is something outstandingly good, bad or informative that someone can take away from my experience as generally you get what you pay for regarding a product or service
I highly suggest Relay take more care and consideration in their hiring and training process as this is completely unacceptable
Driver turned up at my house while I was out. He phoned me so I said leave it with my neighbour which I had already advised on line prior to the delivery.
He then became rude and started shouting saying he hadn't got to time to go round knocking on neighbours doors, so I said well leave it in blue bag behind my bin. Which he then in a very rudely manner said I'm not allowed to do that.
I then asked for his name as I didn't appreciate being shouted at, he asked why I wanted his name and again I said I didn't like his attitude. He then hung up on me. Very rude man.
Left my parcel outside my apartment on a busy street where it was inevitably stolen. Failed to deliver another parcel and keeps updating the tracking to tell me delivery will be attempted “today”, but it never is. I urgently needed that parcel before a 2-month long trip to the Philippines. Will never shop anywhere that uses this crappy delivery service again.
This review is actually not about relays service but the very rude man at the newsagent where I dropped off my parcels. I will never use him again at Thatch Leach Lane, Whitefield. Manchester.
Great communications with updates on the delivery time and how many stops away etc. Nice polite delivery person who was respectful of property and brought the package to my door. I live in a first floor apartment and it was nice to see my parcel not being left downstairs at the entrance to flats. 5* from me 👍
Can you train your drivers to not be lazy and deliver the parcel to where is meant to be delivered? I live in the flat and the parcel I ordered was not delivered to my door. It was delivered downstairs. Why was it so hard for them to just get on the lift and come deliver my parcel to my door. It’s not that hard.
Just horrible service. Driver doesnt check address properly and delivered my parcel to a same door number house with different street name. Turns out the house is empty no one lives there and seller is not offering me much of option of how to get a refund for the item they chose to sent throught a untrustworthy carrier.
