I requested a quote for website translation, knowing there are about 3000 words, excluding duplicates. However, the company's internal software inaccurately reported that there are 44,000 words on my site—over ten times the actual count! They seem to think I don't know the word count just because I didn't provide a document. This is truly disappointing behavior.
