They made it easy to talk to providers and to get my refills without any problem. The problem with them is, they became very expensive compared to other providers.

Remedy Meds is great!

I am impressed with the professionalism of all of the people I have had communications with. They worked with me after I cancelled to seamlessly cancel, then went out of their way to let me know I was a valued customer and seamlessly brought me back into the program. I started with Remedy Meds 3 months ago and have never had a bit of problems. The doctor was extremely thorough and explained so much to me. I wanted to be knowledgeable about what I was going to be taking and how the procedure of everything worked. I like that they check in with you every month to see how you are doing. They send you reminders each month to check in before reordering so your order gets to you on time. They keep you updated on your prescription refill and the shipping information as well and everything comes packed very well and I have never waited more than 3 days of shipping. I have been very happy with Remedy Meds and highly recommend them.
